About The Firm

Florida Collaborative Law Group was founded to assist families through transitions in the most efficient and smoothest way possible. Our team can assist in all forms of alternative dispute resolution.  We can assist in mediation either as a mediator or as an attorney to represent a party in mediation.  We can participate in a cooperative process or aid in an uncontested matter.  The mission and purpose of the firm is to keep families out of court.  The court system was not designed with families in mind, meanwhile the other processes were.

All members of our team are collaboratively trained. Each and every team member is trained in interest based negotiation.
